Job Description
Campari Group is seeking a Facilities & Mail Coordinator (FMC) to manage daily operations, ensure office environment maintenance, and oversee mail and package services. This role involves coordinating maintenance, vendor relationships, office safety, and budget management. The FMC provides excellent customer service and contributes to the Campari America HQ culture.
Requirements
2-3 years of experience in facilities maintenance, office management, or a similar role.
1-2 years of experience supervising or managing direct reports.
Bachelor’s Degree (preferred), Degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Property Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
