Job Description
Health Connect America is seeking a Family Support Specialist to provide best practice, quality clinical services to individuals and families. The role involves providing therapeutic interventions, completing documentation, and supporting new referrals, while adhering to Payer's, state, COA, and HCA standards. The company focuses on mental and behavioral health services to children, families, and adults.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human services (Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Counseling, or Criminal Justice) or BA/BS with 3 years of relevant experience.
  • 1 year of experience working with children (including internships or volunteer experiences) is preferred, or BA/BS degree with 3 years of relevant experience.
