Job Description
Miraval Austin Resort and Spa is seeking a Farm Hand - Seasonal to execute daily farm functions, provide skilled labor, and lead farm-focused activities for guests. The ideal candidate will have experience with mechanical equipment, organic growing strategies, and animal care.

Requirements

  • Operate mechanical cultivation equipment
  • Apply field preparations for organic growing strategies
  • Scout and communicate disease, weed, or insect pressures
  • Harvest, sort, store, package, and prepare produce and medicinal herbs
  • Propagate, prune, irrigate, train, harvest perennial crops and herbs
  • Maintain farmscape areas
  • Perform tasks related to poultry care
  • Lead educational tours and hands-on classes
  • Groom an arena and maintain horse fencing
