Job Description
Chewy is seeking a Fulfillment Center (FC) Lead to drive daily operational performance, improve customer experience, and foster a positive team environment. This role involves coaching, mentoring, training, and serving as a cultural ambassador within a team of up to 45 hourly associates. The FC Lead will champion Chewy's operating principles and drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of formal people leadership experience in operations, logistics, or a fast-paced environment
  • Minimum of 3+ months of demonstrated informal leadership (e.g., peer mentoring, project ownership, or training others) in a high-performance setting
  • Demonstrated understanding of Chewy’s operations and a commitment to service excellence
  • Data-driven approach and focus on metrics and continuous improvement
  • Flexibility to work weekends and/or night shifts
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
