Founding Customer Success Manager for AI Frontdesk in New York City, responsible for owning 100+ high-value accounts, building the foundation for the global CS organization, and shaping product direction.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in customer success or account management
  • Technical fluency with HubSpot, Salesforce, Zapier, and API integrations
  • Revenue-driven with a track record of hitting expansion quotas and identifying upsell opportunities
  • Proactive problem-solving and process building skills
  • Data analysis chops (Excel/Sheets wizardry) and conversion rate optimization skills
