Job Description
The SOMM Hotel & Spa is seeking a Front Desk Agent to handle guest check-in and check-out processes, manage guest issues, and create unique experiences for guests. The ideal candidate is a master multitasker with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of front desk hospitality experience preferred
  • Previous experience in cash handling & computerized Point of Sale system preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required
  • WA MAST Certified
