Job Description
JETSET Pilates General Managers are responsible for the growth and development of their team, instructing classes, and managing studio operations. They are expected to undergo training and ensure customer satisfaction while implementing company-wide strategies and policies.

Requirements

  • Work closely with leadership to manage day-to-day operations
  • Ensure positive customer service and delivery of fitness experience
  • Run reports and analyze metrics on key performance indicators
  • Develop and execute local marketing initiatives
  • Foster relationships with local health, fitness, and wellness communities
  • Create, monitor, and maintain class and staff schedules
  • Maintain inventory for supplies, retail, and beverages
  • Plan and host team meetings and social events
  • Oversee hiring of instructors and studio leads and ensure career growth
  • Drive studio performance on metrics like number of classes, utilization, first visits, and memberships
