Job Description
The Group Housing & Sales Coordinator is responsible for ensuring efficient group bookings and processing changes, cancellations, and billing instructions. They will also assist with managing VIP clients, reporting, and special projects to drive revenue for the hotels.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience with reservation systems is preferred
  • Some previous experience in hotel reservations, group bookings, or a similar administrative role is required
