Job Description
The GSD Global Services PEF Specialist is responsible for providing expert support for Perpetual Education Fund (PEF) programs for students and leaders globally. This is a temporary position supporting PEF issues, including disbursements, approvals, and resolving participant/leader questions, requiring approximately 40 hours per week. The role requires working from home 4 days a week and requires approval process based on Business, Team, and Department needs.

Requirements

  • Reviews and approves PEF disbursements.
  • Analyzes and resolves PEF related questions from participants and leaders.
  • Identifies and escalates system issues based on user feedback.
