Job Description
We're looking for a Guest Services Coordinator to join our proactive team in creating new and innovative ways to deliver extraordinary customer satisfaction. You will be the primary point of contact for event attendees, addressing their inquiries and providing assistance. You will also be responsible for handling guest concerns and complaints professionally and promptly, striving to resolve issues to the satisfaction of the attendees and the company.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of most recent experience related to hospitality and/or event management industry
  • Proven track record of problem-solving and issue resolution skills
  • Strong computer skills, ideally with experience using Salesforce or complex informational software
  • Flexibility in both availability and travel requirements when necessary
  • Multi-lingual proficiency (Spanish, French) strongly preferred
