Job Description
The Housing Clinician at Pine Street Inn (PSI) will provide clinical services and consultation to tenants and staff, especially case managers, addressing the complexities of care for individuals with trauma, mental illness, and/or addictive disorders. They will utilize Harm Reduction as a model of engagement, intervention, and evaluation. This role involves close collaboration with the Housing Support Services and other provider teams and coordinating high-risk cases.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree or higher in a related field (i.e. social work, clinical psychology, education, nursing)
  • Minimum of three (3) years direct care experience providing services
  • Clinical skills and competence to offer education around substance use, trauma, co-occurring disorders, mental illness diagnoses, and emotional/mental health generally
  • Strong computer skills
  • Knowledge of and strong commitment to Harm Reduction philosophy, principles and practices
  • Bilingual Spanish/ English
