Job Description
We are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to be involved in every area of human resources, including employee relations, workplace investigations, performance management, benefits administration, compliance, safety, training, and more.

Requirements

  • Consult with employees and managers to address questions and concerns by interpreting and applying company policies.
  • Partner with managers on employee development, coaching, and performance improvement.
  • Manage employees' requests for accommodation under ADA, including initial inquiry through to the final implementation of appropriate accommodation.
  • Provide as needed support in administering employee leaves of absence.
  • Develop, implement and maintain an employee learning and development program.
  • Collaborate with recruiting and managers to evaluate existing job titles and descriptions for accuracy and consistency.
  • Demonstrate continuous effort in developing and fostering relationships with all levels of management and employees.
  • Maintain employee personnel files and compile statistical reports concerning personnel related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, etc.
  • Advise managers on organizational policy matters such as equal employment opportunity, sexual harassment and recommend changes as needed.
  • Assist with the administration of the benefits program.
  • Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee termination and prepare recommendations to be presented to the HR Director.
  • Assist in responding to unemployment claims and represent the organization at appeal hearings, as needed.
  • Utilize outside resources to monitor employment law updates, communicating potential changes to senior management.
  • Ensure HR regulations, statutes, and government mandates, including HIPAA, are met.
  • Support a successful employee onboarding process and foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives.
