Job Description
We are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to be involved in every area of human resources, including employee relations, workplace investigations, performance management, benefits administration, compliance, safety, training, and more.
Requirements
Consult with employees and managers to address questions and concerns by interpreting and applying company policies.
Partner with managers on employee development, coaching, and performance improvement.
Manage employees' requests for accommodation under ADA, including initial inquiry through to the final implementation of appropriate accommodation.
Provide as needed support in administering employee leaves of absence.
Develop, implement and maintain an employee learning and development program.
Collaborate with recruiting and managers to evaluate existing job titles and descriptions for accuracy and consistency.
Demonstrate continuous effort in developing and fostering relationships with all levels of management and employees.
Maintain employee personnel files and compile statistical reports concerning personnel related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, etc.
Advise managers on organizational policy matters such as equal employment opportunity, sexual harassment and recommend changes as needed.
Assist with the administration of the benefits program.
Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee termination and prepare recommendations to be presented to the HR Director.
Assist in responding to unemployment claims and represent the organization at appeal hearings, as needed.
Utilize outside resources to monitor employment law updates, communicating potential changes to senior management.
Ensure HR regulations, statutes, and government mandates, including HIPAA, are met.
Support a successful employee onboarding process and foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives.
