Job Description
The HR Business Partner plays a pivotal role in aligning people strategies with business goals and elevating organizational performance. The role partners closely with multiple business units and senior leaders to drive organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, talent and leadership development, performance management, and culture-building initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a strategic HRBP or senior HR role (multi-country experience/exposure a plus)
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is a plus
