Job Description
The HR Employee Relations Manager will conduct sophisticated investigations, provide advice and direction regarding employee and labor relations matters to HR key stakeholders, business executives, managers, and employees across the organization.

Requirements

  • Experience analyzing ER data to identify trends and participating in developing ER strategy
  • Experience coaching more junior ER professionals, HRBPs and business leaders
  • Superb communication skills including effective listening, clear and concise writing and presentation
  • Proven interpersonal skills to negotiate, influence, and resolve issues at all levels in the organization and in collaboration with HRBPs and business leaders
  • Strong time management and prioritizing ability to balance multiple urgent assignments simultaneously
  • Consistently exhibits levels of discretion, integrity and confidentiality
  • Flexible and adaptable work demeanor to manage demands across multiple time zones
  • Respectful, diplomatic, and culturally sensitive in the face of difficult and sensitive situations and conversations
  • Ability to work both independently and as a team player in a cross-functional global team structure
