Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
  • 2 years’ experience in recruiting or HR
  • Highly high attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to travel (if needed)
  • Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Strong service mindset
