HRIS Senior Analyst

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of coursework and experience.
• 5+ years in an HR systems administrator, technical specialist, or related role.
• Expert-level SQL and relational database knowledge.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; intermediate in Power BI, Access, Word, Outlook, and Visio.
• Deep understanding of HR, Payroll, and Benefits data and processes.
• Proven ability to interpret business requirements, policies, and contracts into system configurations.
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills with the ability to collaborate across disciplines and levels.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and exercising discretion in handling sensitive employee data.
