Job Description
The Labor Relations Generalist at Loretto plays a critical role in fostering collaborative labor-management relationships. Requirements
Interpret and administer collective bargaining agreements for clinical and support services employees.
Investigate and respond to grievances, advise managers on resolution strategies, and maintain the grievance tracking system.
Support labor negotiations by preparing proposals, cost analyses, and documentation.
Coordinate unemployment claims and represent the company as needed for hearings.
Maintain records of labor relations activity and generate reports.
