Job Description
Human Resources Assistant I role is responsible for administering personnel forms, maintaining records, and assisting employees with inquiries. The role also involves compiling human resource statistics and performing other duties as requested.
Requirements
One (1) year of clerical experience in administrative, office support or human resource work
Solid computer skills in office word processing, email, spreadsheet and presentation applications
Proficient in database management tools
Human Resource admin or office support work experience
Experience with payroll systems
Experience with advanced spreadsheet functions
