Job Description
Eataly is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to facilitate various aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, and employee relations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2+ years of relevant administrative experience, preferably in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition
  • Experience in high-volume operations, preferably in the restaurant/hospitality industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Exemplary organizational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and consistently meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Bilingual in English & Spanish required
  • Completely onsite at Eataly Dallas TX, open availability required
