Job Description
Kyowa Kirin is a fast-growing global specialty pharmaceutical company seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join its Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will support key HR operations and initiatives, including data management, reporting, process coordination, and employee experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 1–3 years of experience in an HR support or administrative role
  • Strong understanding of HR principles and practices
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Data analysis skills and LMS experience are a plus
