Job Description
Human Resources Manager sought to build and lead the company's foundational HR function during a period of rapid growth. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and bring strong judgment to design and execute all core HR processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience
  • Experience in building the first HR department within a growing startup or expanding business
  • Experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or similar environments working with employees at all levels
  • Strong working knowledge of HR systems (Workday, BambooHR, Rippling, or similar)
  • Experience managing recruiting pipelines and leading full-cycle hiring
  • Comprehensive understanding of U.S. employment law and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
