Job Description
Assists the Human Resources Manager with various Human Resources administrative functions and performs administrative duties related to the operations of the branch or office.
Requirements
Keeps records related to employee information
Administers pre-employment tests and documentation
Maintains electronic personnel files
Provides benefits information and assists with enrollment and cancellation
Answers DOL unemployment inquiries and completes verification of employment requests
Performs other clerical duties as needed
Conducts orientation for benefits programs
Assists with uniform assignments, exchanges, or reimbursements
Assists with the maintenance of uniform room cleanliness and inventory
Assists Human Resources Manager in the filing of FMLA requests and Workers' Compensation claims
