Job Description
Assists the Human Resources Manager with various Human Resources administrative functions and performs administrative duties related to the operations of the branch or office.

Requirements

  • Keeps records related to employee information
  • Administers pre-employment tests and documentation
  • Maintains electronic personnel files
  • Provides benefits information and assists with enrollment and cancellation
  • Answers DOL unemployment inquiries and completes verification of employment requests
  • Performs other clerical duties as needed
  • Conducts orientation for benefits programs
  • Assists with uniform assignments, exchanges, or reimbursements
  • Assists with the maintenance of uniform room cleanliness and inventory
  • Assists Human Resources Manager in the filing of FMLA requests and Workers' Compensation claims
