Job Description
The Inside Sales Representative/Admin Assistant will support the asphalt sales team by managing and growing relationships with an established customer base, identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities, and delivering high-quality support throughout the sales cycle.

Requirements

  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts
  • Execute outbound prospecting efforts
  • Present, promote, and sell company products and services
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer, opportunity, and activity data
  • Consistently achieve assigned sales targets and outcomes
  • Prepare quotes and support pricing coordination
  • Maintain strong knowledge of products, services, pricing structures, and internal processes
  • Coordinate sales efforts with asphalt team members and internal departments
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints
  • Analyze territory and market potential and monitor competitor activity
  • Support continuous improvement of sales processes, tools, and workflows
  • Participate in customer meetings, site visits, and industry events
  • Prepare regular sales activity and performance reports
