Job Description
The Inspection Account Coordinator provides direct support to the Houston-based Inspection and Construction Management team, managing day-to-day operational functions, supporting senior management, and assisting with client project requirements.

Requirements

  • Provide administrative support to the VP of Inspection
  • Assist with project resourcing, client communication, and personnel management
  • Maintain job postings, staffing plans, and rosters
  • Process new hires and staffing changes in the HRIS system
  • Communicate with internal and external teams
  • Review and approve project invoices and expenses
  • Prepare and distribute project reports and documents
  • Be available to be on-call during evenings and weekends
