Job Description
The Inspection Account Coordinator provides direct support to the Houston-based Inspection and Construction Management team, managing day-to-day operational functions, supporting senior management, and assisting with client project requirements.
Requirements
Provide administrative support to the VP of Inspection
Assist with project resourcing, client communication, and personnel management
Maintain job postings, staffing plans, and rosters
Process new hires and staffing changes in the HRIS system
Communicate with internal and external teams
Review and approve project invoices and expenses
Prepare and distribute project reports and documents
Be available to be on-call during evenings and weekends
