Job Description
Exciting Opportunity to join our growing Team of Intake Coordinator, Contact Center! BayMark Health Services is the largest outpatient provider of opioid treatment services in North America.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 1+ years of customer service experience working in a call center setting.
  • 1+ years of experience using Microsoft Office and the ability to type a minimum of 35 wpm
  • 1+ years of experience handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience using multiple computer systems and learning new systems as needed
  • Previous healthcare customer service and/or admissions experience preferred
  • Strong active-listening and verbal-communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Consultative sales experience a plus.
  • Experience with Salesforce a plus.
  • Mission Driven (Passionate about fighting the opioid epidemic and excited to have the opportunity to play a direct role in getting patients into treatment.) a plus
  • Satisfactory references from employers and/or professional peers.
  • Satisfactory criminal background check and drug screen.
