Job Description
Exciting Opportunity to join our growing Team of Intake Coordinator, Contact Center! BayMark Health Services is the largest outpatient provider of opioid treatment services in North America.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
1+ years of customer service experience working in a call center setting.
1+ years of experience using Microsoft Office and the ability to type a minimum of 35 wpm
1+ years of experience handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
Experience using multiple computer systems and learning new systems as needed
Previous healthcare customer service and/or admissions experience preferred
Strong active-listening and verbal-communication skills.
Attention to detail.
Consultative sales experience a plus.
Experience with Salesforce a plus.
Mission Driven (Passionate about fighting the opioid epidemic and excited to have the opportunity to play a direct role in getting patients into treatment.) a plus
Satisfactory references from employers and/or professional peers.
Satisfactory criminal background check and drug screen.
