Job Description
Keystone Human Services is seeking a full-time Program Specialist to join their team, providing leadership and support to employees and individuals with intellectual disabilities. The role involves coordination, development, and implementation of individual assessments, plans, and education for individuals and support teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and two years' experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities or autism
  • Master's degree or higher and one year experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities or autism
  • Pennsylvania Behavior Specialist License
  • Ability to communicate orally and in writing
  • Intermediate computer skills, ability to use Microsoft Office and learn web-based systems
  • Valid driver's license and access to properly insured vehicle
  • Successful completion of pre-employment process, including clearances
