Job Description
Apex Companies is seeking an IT Cost & Vendor Management Manager to help manage the cost and budget of Technology and Innovation. The role provides operational support for supplier relationships, contract administration, and cost monitoring to ensure compliance, efficiency, and value for money.
Requirements
Align Apex's supplier performance objectives and activities with sourcing strategies and plans
Establish working relationships based on collaboration, trust, and open communication with suppliers
Support the organization with the management of the budgets for Technology and Innovation
Ensure that resources and tools are in place to conduct benchmarking and reviews supplier analysis
Follow procurement strategies, standards, methods, processes, and good practices that ensure compliance with legislation, regulation, and third-party information security
Work with peers to ensure alignment and delivery of IT services
Track costs against budget to ensure the efficient use of resources
Ensure that orders or contracts are placed in a timely manner to support smooth delivery of services
Help track compliance by ensuring that Apex Companies, LLC, is appropriately licensed for all software and services used
Analyze and process invoices to process with accounts payable
