Job Description
Join Amentum Space Exploration Division as a Jira Project Integrator to provide Jira Project Integration support to the Human Lander System Program Office at the Marshall Space Flight Center. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, updating, and maintaining Jira project functionality in support of project needs.

Requirements

  • Provide support to develop, update, and maintain Jira project functionality in support of project needs
  • Configure, develop and maintain Jira projects, dashboards, reports, and advanced queries to support project execution and milestone tracking
  • Implement and maintain Configuration Management processes ensuring traceability, version control and audit readiness across Jira and Confluence environments
  • Design, implement, and maintain custom workflows, including automation rules, as requested
  • Assess, recommend, and support integration of tools, plugins, and external systems to enhance data sharing and interoperability
  • Provide trainings, briefings, and user support materials to enable effective adoption and use of Jira/Confluence capabilities
  • Collaborate with Human Landing System Office Managers on integration activities of interest
  • Coordinate with agency tool governance organizations and administrators to ensure compliance with enterprise standards and security requirements
  • Manage user access, roles, and permissions in accordance with identity management processes
  • Provide advisory and hands-on support to HLS partners for Jira/Confluence usage and Configuration Management practices
