Requirements

• Comprehensive knowledge of multiple Plumbing systems applications
• Comprehensive knowledge of multiple Piping material applications
• Comprehensive knowledge of multiple Plumbing material applications
• Receives direct supervision and performs technical responsibilities
• Coordinates own tasks with a specific range of responsibilities under established procedures
• Contributes to a team under general supervision of an experienced professional or manager
• Skilled specialist that demonstrates reliable judgment in resolving issues and making recommendations
• Promote a positive learning environment in mentoring and directing of apprentices
• Understand and implement lockout/tag-out procedures for safe and secure task(s)
• Perform testing, inspecting, and recording for all rough-in installations as required by building codes and project specifications
• Maintain all tools and equipment in serviceable condition
• Use materials and other resources conservatively to promote project success and profitability
• Participate in the orientation of new partners on your job site
• Install all systems and products per code, specifications, submittals, and contract documents
• Provide applicable input promptly to maintain current “As-Built” record drawings
• Demonstrates understanding of McCarthy Safety Guidelines and Procedures
