Job Description

This position aids in Major League advance and player development processes, providing analysis to the Major League coaching staff.

Requirements

Utilize existing tools to provide mechanical analysis of Major League pitchers for coaching staff.
Serve as point person for internal and external mechanical review.
Assist pitching coaches in completing various tasks contributing to run prevention strategy.
Assist hitting coaches in completing various tasks contributing to run creation strategy.
Provide Major League coaching staff with materials to be presented to players for purposes of in-game strategy and player improvement.
Operate various portable tracking technologies to assist with player improvement.
Complete ad hoc and systematic research using SQL and R/Python to enhance in-game strategy and/or player improvement.
