KEITH is seeking an experienced Urban Planner (AICP) to join their team in Miami, FL. The role involves contributing to community planning, land development, and urban design projects, working closely with various teams to deliver creative, practical, and sustainable solutions. Requirements

  • Lead and support a variety of planning projects including land use, comprehensive planning, zoning, site planning, and community redevelopment.
  • Prepare and present reports, studies, and graphics for public hearings and stakeholder engagement.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables while ensuring quality and compliance.
  • Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams including engineers, surveyors, environmental scientists, and landscape architects.
  • Engage with municipal staff, elected officials, and community members throughout the planning and entitlement process.
  • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior planners and interns.
