Job Description
We are looking for a Kitchen Manager to join our family-owned Italian grocery and assist the Executive Chef with daily operations in our grocery store kitchen. The Kitchen Manager contributes to the company’s operation and success by assisting the Executive Chef with responsibilities with food quality, sanitation, inventory control, staff supervision, production scheduling, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years kitchen management experience
  • Must be fluent in both English and Spanish
  • Strong knife skills required
  • Must be able to operate common commercial kitchen equipment
  • Ability to lead a fast-paced kitchen environment
