Job Description
Monarch Communities Senior Living is seeking a Lead Concierge to oversee the concierge team, provide a positive first impression to residents and visitors, and offer administrative support to the Business Office Manager. The role involves scheduling, task assignments, office supply maintenance, mail processing, and ensuring compliance with regulations. This is a non-exempt, hourly position.

Requirements

  • High school diploma preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with the senior population
  • Proficiency in computer skills (Microsoft Office)
  • Physical abilities to lift and carry weight (up to 25 lbs)
  • Ability to follow all regulations and procedures
