Job Description
The Food Safety Lead is responsible for developing and implementing QA policies, continuous improvement of QA processes and systems, shaping the location's food safety culture, leading talent management practices, and ensuring JBS and customer requirements are met.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 6 months Technical Services, Quality Assurance, Food Safety or Auditing
  • Strong understanding of USDA requirements (HACCP)
  • Able to prioritize actives
  • Capable to provide leadership/motivation to engage employees in the business
  • Strong computer skills
