Job Description
Lead Youth Care Worker (First Shift) is responsible for leading and maintaining a safe, supervised, and structured living environment for adolescent residents. The position requires weekend and holiday hours on a rotating schedule.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a human/social services related field
  • Previous experience working with a youth population in a residential setting
  • At least 21 years of age
  • Hold a valid driver’s license
