The Lead Youth Care Worker II (Evening Lead) will lead and maintain a safe, supervised, and structured living environment for adolescent residents, assessing group dynamics and resident needs to promote improved social, developmental, educational, and physical functioning. The position requires evening and weekend hours on a rotating schedule, with additional duties such as training new hires and completing shift documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a human/social services related field
  • Previous experience working with a youth population in a residential setting
  • At least 21 years of age
  • Hold a valid driver’s license
  • Caring and resilient
