Job Description
The Leadership Development Manager is responsible for the overall strategy, development, and implementation of a suite of leadership programs and offerings in the AAMC leadership development portfolio. This includes leading the research, scoping and proposal process for new programs and offerings, and collaborating with team members and other units to establish business development strategies, marketing and communication plans, and learning design and delivery solutions.

Requirements

  • Master's degree required
  • 10 - 12 years of related work experience
  • 7+ years of supervisory experience
  • Minimum of 10 years of related experience in learning, program management and/or leadership development
  • Experience with and an understanding of healthcare, academic medicine, and/or nonprofit organizations
  • Extensive knowledge of leadership products and services
  • Experience interacting with executive level stakeholders
  • A track record of being entrepreneurial and growth oriented
  • Significant experience with program or product line management, developing proposals, and establishing business plans in the leadership development or learning/training space
