We are seeking a Learning & Development Manager to lead the Learning & Development function and build a high-performance culture across both our HQ and field teams.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of people management experience
  • Demonstrated experience designing and delivering leadership development programs
  • Hands-on instructional design expertise using Articulate 360
  • Experience administering or managing an LMS
  • Strong data orientation
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills
