Job Description
Incident IQ is seeking a Learning Services Specialist to support the design, development, and implementation of training courses within their Learning Management System (LMS). The successful candidate will collaborate with team members to create engaging and effective training modules, develop comprehensive training materials, and troubleshoot curriculum architecture and assignment issues in the LMS.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 2 to 4 years of related professional customer experience; prefer SaaS Customer Success
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Promote cooperation and commitment within a team to achieve goals and deliverables
  • Diplomatically handle challenging or tense interpersonal situations
  • Strong project management skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Work effectively and produce quality work in an environment of high expectations and one that embraces change
