Job Description
The Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician provides mental health diagnostic assessments, treatment, consultation, and crisis interventions for participants with behavioral health needs. The role collaborates with primary care providers, psychiatrists, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement plans of care.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Professional Clinical Counselor (LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC license required)
  • 2 years' experience providing diagnostic assessment, treatment planning, crisis intervention and psychotherapy
  • One year experience working with a frail and/or elderly population with Health Psychology model preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a multicultural and multidisciplinary team environment
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent oral and verbal communication and meeting facilitation skills
  • Experience working with severe mental illness and substance abuse is desirable
  • Bilingual ability highly desirable (Spanish, Korean, Cantonese, and/or Mandarin)
  • Valid California driver's license, acceptable driving record and insurance with access to reliable transportation
