Job Description
We are seeking a Part-Time LPN to provide clinical monitoring and support for residents with Alzheimer's/Dementia in our senior living community. The LPN will take an active role in resident assessments, development of service plans, and daily care. Must have current LPN or LVN designation and experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing preferred.
Requirements
Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) designation
Experience with Alzheimer's/Dementia or behavioral health conditions
Experience working with the elderly population
