Job Description
Live Receiving Supervisor is a supervisory role that oversees critical operations in a fast-paced production environment, ensuring safety, quality, animal welfare, sanitation, budgeting, and productivity while driving continuous improvement through data analysis and process coordination.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • College Degree in related field preferred
  • Class A CDL preferred or ability to obtain within 6 months
  • Valid Pilgrim's Pallet jack license or ability to obtain license within 30 days
  • 1 or more years of previous supervisory experience with leadership skills of 20+ employees preferred
  • Poultry or food industry experience is a plus
