Job Description
Provides safe efficient age specific nursing care to patients/families using the nursing process to assist them to attain, maintain, regain, and sustain optimal health status.

Requirements

  • Completion of accredited practical nurse program or currently enrolled in a nursing program
  • 2+ years Nursing Experience (Level II only)
  • Knowledge of LPN scope of practice according to the Ohio board of nursing
  • Uses a wide variety of technical equipment to meet patient needs and prescribed clinical therapies
  • Level II Only: 18 CNE's per year
  • Level II Only: 3 Peer Reviews
  • Level II Only: Committee Involvement
  • Level II Only: 5 criteria with evidence of each
