Morton Salt is an iconic company with a strong heritage and a bright future, seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to perform industrial mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, and repair of mobile and stationary plant equipment.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Trade School or Community College in general or industrial maintenance or equivalent experience
  • Plant fleet equipment repair experience
  • Ability to read prints and drawings
  • Diagnosing machine malfunctions, adjusting, disassembling mechanical sub-assemblies, replacing broken or worn parts, and reassembling mechanical sub-assemblies
