Job Description
Maintenance Technician - Night Shift- Morristown, TN 1 role is a full-time permanent position responsible for performing maintenance tasks, troubleshooting, and repairs. The ideal candidate will have experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical, and electrical repairs, as well as proficiency in troubleshooting PLC's and motor drive problems.
Requirements
Proactively perform work order repairs, preventive maintenance tasks, inspections, and adjustments
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, PLC, servo motors, and drives, pneumatic, and hydraulic breakdowns
Ensure maximum equipment efficiency and effectiveness
Perform fabrication and modification of new and existing equipment
Understand and respect Environmental and Safety policies
Actively participate in Continuous Improvement program (5s, TPM)
Ensure daily communications with other shifts and supervision
