Job Description
2B Residential is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join their team at The Artisan in O'Fallon, IL. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for responding to maintenance requests and ensuring the physical aspects of the property meet the company's standards.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Current drivers license and automobile insurance, along with reliable transportation
  • HVAC certification
  • EPA Certification, Type I and II
  • CPO certification for swimming pools (if needed)
  • Minimum three (3) years of previous experience in property management maintenance, other building maintenance or related trade
