Job Description
We are seeking experienced residential Maintenance Technicians for full-time careers at Harvest at Damonte Ranch, an upscale apartment community in Reno, Nevada. Responsibilities include performing general residential maintenance, making ready units for new occupancy, and maintaining the leasing office and recreation facilities.

Requirements

  • Previous residential maintenance experience
  • Strong all-around residential maintenance skills
  • Experience in carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, and appliance installation and repair
  • HVAC Certification
  • Ability to exchange information and communicate with Company employees and the public by speaking/reading/writing English
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
