Job Description
We seek a North Dallas, Texas-based Make Ready to join our team at Greyson's Gate Apartments. Your role is to prepare vacant apartments for rent and perform simple maintenance while delivering excellent customer service to our residents.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license (required)
  • Passion for fixing/making repairs and completing apartments for rent
  • Ability to work alone or with a team
  • Thrive in a fast-paced setting, enthusiastic about taking on new challenges, and have the desire to grow.
  • A keen eye for detail
  • Proactively juggle/complete multiple projects while meeting deadlines
  • Politely communicate with residents, onsite staff, and management
  • A positive attitude
