The Management Benefits Fund Specialist administers MBF enrollments, maintains accurate employee benefit data, coordinates payroll-related processes, and provides operational support for various benefit programs.

Requirements

  • Baccalaureate degree from an accredited college and two years of experience in community work or community centered activities
  • High school graduation or equivalent and six years of experience in community work or community centered activities
  • One year of experience in community work or community centered activities
  • Education and/or experience which is equivalent to the above requirements
