Job Description
Manager - Rental Services Branch II is responsible for the operational management of the Rental branch, setting the tone, pace, and culture while providing a safe and enjoyable workplace.
Requirements
Meet all safety goals of the Branch and promote a safe work environment
Develop and execute strategies to improve branch operations
Responsible for overall profitability of branch
Develop and motivate branch personnel
Provide daily coaching and support to branch personnel
Collaborates with other Branch Managers sharing best practices
Assist District/Sales Management team in identifying new business opportunities
Works with all divisions of MFC building a partnership and strong relationship amongst all MacAllister team members
